Dark theme for fact-Bounty

it would be better if we can add Dark theme feature for fact-Bounty

• I am running the latest version
• I checked to make sure that this issue has not already been filed

Expected Behavior

toggle theme feature user can toggle Dark and light ( currently ) theme.
