Describe the bug
after logging in as admin and refreshing the user loses admin privileges

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'admin account'
refresh the page
Go to admin panel
See error

Expected behavior
the local storage should remember the admin user already logged in
