Added a continuous mode button that, if enabled, sets the probability of getting a new station to 100% so there will always be a next station and one does not need to call CQ again. This was requested in issue #62
Besides that, I implemented a new settings save system that now saves all user settings and recalls them from local storage on page reload. I also added a reset button. This should solve feature request #64
