led is working however relay is not triggered.

Hi,
I bought a PiRelay-V2, However it is not working.

I can run the test case, I saw the led on the board for each is flashing. However the relay is not triggered.

Raspberry Pi Gpio can only provide 3.3 volts

If I connect 5 volts from Raspberry Pi to GPIO, relay is triggered and led is even brighter.

So do I need extra hardware to make it working?

I have experienced this as well. SBC shop, can you please reply? This should work with the 3.3V GPIO pins as this is what this is designed for, did I receive a faulty unit?
