Requested action

Restore or register the intended self-hosted GitHub Actions runner for the Docs production environment, then rerun the workflow from main and verify /docs/health and /docs/setup/cli.

Safety

Do not move production deployment to an unreviewed hosted runner; the current workflow intentionally uses the self-hosted runner for registry and Kubernetes access.

Follow-up evidence (2026-08-23): GET /repos/sandbaseai/sandbase-docs/actions/runners currently returns total_count: 0. The queued build-and-deploy job therefore has no eligible runner. Please restore/register the intended self-hosted runner, then rerun the deployment from main and verify /docs/health and /docs/setup/cli.
