Issues list is complete for 1.0

I created a series of ticketsthat express all of the outstanding work expected for Pascal-P6 1.0, including the remaining items off the Pascaline list.

This completes two trains of thought in my mind. The first is an overview of the work I see to complete Pascal-P6. The second, and perhaps most essential thing, is that I plan to move on from Pascal-P6. I have discovered with projects like this that they will never end if you let them just continue forever. Thus perhaps the most essential thing with any project is to end it and move on.
