Implement Search & Filter for Medicines #181
Description
The medicine listing page needs a search and filter feature.
Users should be able to search medicines by name.
Add filters for category (tablets, syrups, injections) and availability.
Display "Out of Stock" if unavailable.
This will make ordering medicines much easier for users.
