The guide states to replicate the S3 bucket s3.repo.saltproject.io via RCLONE or aws s3 sync, but that bucket appears to be old and doesn't actually mirror the contents of what's in repo.saltproject.io. The most current data I see is related to salt-dev, which has nightly builds but doesn't indicate a stable release.
Suggested Fix
A method that indicates how to actually clone/mirror the contents of the current repository.

@ScriptAutomate With the recent changes in infrastructure, how has access to S3 buckets evolved and does the documentation need changing , or do we have a bug ?
Description
I'm attempting to setup a mirror for air-gapped installations as documented here: https://docs.saltproject.io/salt/install-guide/en/latest/topics/other-install-types/air-gap-install.html
