Add state for 3rd party cloud storage data paths #24

Various cloud storage vendors provide special hardware and/or configuration for the data path.

Support for these could be added to a generic state which handles-

third party kernel modules
additional linux modules, typically for infiniband
a workflow to install the driver

Typically for high-end storage networking stacks need extra bling.

A case study could be Mellanox adapter (with 10GigE support):
