Version 2

We've made it to version 2 - no major changes, but this splits out Sal from the client side scripts. Each release of Sal will now have a proper version number to help with support and managing releases.

In this release, the client scripts have been updated to support the latest version of Sal. As part of moving the project, we have also changed the preference domain. You should be setting ServerURL and key on com.github.salopensource.sal now.

This version fixes an issue with newer versions of Django that would cause reports not to be submitted.
