lightning/card doesn't expose api properties hideHeader and label

`hide-header` and `label` are properties of `lightning/card` which are not implemented in the stub: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/component-library/bundle/lightning-card/specification

This leads to unnecessary warnings on jest runs
