Game freeze

Game will freeze up unexpectedly and there is no way but to restart the laptop.Am using a Dell i5 Inspiron 3000.Would love to know how to resolve this issue,nice game.

Can you give more details?
In what situation the freeze happens? Are you able to replicate the freeze?
What engine are you using?
Can you check if the file C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\CoreChess\crash.log exists?

If only the game freezes, could you try to terminate the process in the "Task Manager" with "End Task".
