weird crushing wheel hitbox + server freezes after dying to crushing wheels on sublevel

Description

The crushing wheels hitbox is offset so that you get crushed when you are not even inside them.
after you die your coordinates sometimes change to 20.480.000 20.480.000.
when you press respawn nothing happens and the server freezes and crashes after 60 seconds and reverts to an earlier save state.
