Out-of-date instructions

There are out of date instructions in a few places. This issue is to track them so I can try to update/link them back to the up to date instructions. Ones I can think of are:

• DocuBricks.com
• Thingiverse (uploaded by Tobey)

I'm deliberately ignoring this until we make the move to GitLab, and have the instructions living in a more permanent place (e.g. our build server at Bath).
