Show preferred term #43
Description
Currently the term displayed in the results is the "last" one. This is because in Read code you have a short, medium and long definition and it makes sense to show the long one. For SNOMED there is a "preferred term" which is probably the one which should be displayed.
Though perhaps not if the search term matches a different term.
