Hi @berot3, thanks for the interest! Good news, it's being worked on. More info in #171 and https://github.com/obsidianmd/obsidian-releases/pull/8822.

I hope it gets approved soon for the Community Plugins in Obsidian. Let me know if there's anything particular you'd like to see, or any feedback if you have tried it. :)
