How to use the bot in a telegram group

I am not clear on how to make the bot work in a Telegram group.
The bot works correctly when I interact with it directly, but what is the procedure to run it in a group?

• How should I configure the ALLOW_ALL_USERS_IN_GROUPS variable to allow group members to interact with the bot?
• How should the bot be configured to work in a group?

I think you just need to mention it like "@MYBOT please generate...."

I just installed it and it answers only general commands. No answer from the bot itself nor logging any request coming from a group user.
