Q: How do I bind queries to a specific IPv4 or IPv6 address?

How can I bind the resolver to a specific IPv4 or IPv6 address on a multi-homed host for queries? Is there a configuration parameter for this? If this does not yet exist, may I request that feature?

I submitted pull request #4 that adds this feature. I do NOT know if it is the best solution, and the code is only LIGHTLY tested (i.e. it works for my personal requirements).
