✨ SASL OAUTHBEARER: Add mechanism [🚧 more tests]
Also, GS2Header was extracted from OAuthBearerAuthenticator. It's not much right now, but it will be re-used in the implementation of other mechanisms, e.g. `SCRAM-SHA-*`.
