Can't build an Alchemist base image

Running make SUITE=alchemist fails due to missing valve key, even though the keyring has been loaded into steamos_buildmach.

Brewmaster works fine, though.

After further investigation, it looks like the alchemist build doesn't want to use valve-archive-keyring.gpg even if I pass it directly into debootstrap as a --keyring argument. Looks like alchemist is determined to read its keys from /usr/share/keyrings/debian-archive-keyring.gpg.

Guessing maybe this is a bug that Valve fixed for the brewmaster release since I see no problems there.

Not sure how much work this is worth given that alchemist is older and less useful.
