• Yeah, any way to reduce the thrash while not missing dependency updates would be welcome

#1024 “Clue” system

• Attached to specific items (content, user, etc.), not review jobs (like comments are now)
• Help track/understand behavior over time
• Could surface # of reports + # of reports on user + action rate of enforcements/total reports
• Entity labeling is similar to what Osprey does
• Notes in this issue is different from giving moderators to store context they have that persists through their session (ie. mods sharing trends in abuse and informing policy teams)
