B5 Shiny app notes

• Plots should be interactive i.e. zoomable, scrollable, etc. (use Plotly).

• Show/hide more slider controls with an accordion control. (It's a fake accordion/collapse control).

• Buttons do not look right on Conner’s machine. Check fonts.

• Mouse-over help text is needed on the controls.

• Submit pull requests to a GitHub repo... Just commit to this repo directly

• If the controls start getting crowded then use tabs to separate them

• I can mock talking to a Python backend using the “Reticulate” package. (This is only needed if we call python code directly.)

• Allow graphing of multiple runs on the same plot.

• Pause & change params midway thru a run? Is this even possible?

• Cyverse to Cyverse downloads [spelling?]
