We found some folks were delayed by having to download the Docker file at the start of the workshop. We asked participants to do the install ahead of time. In addition, next time plan for some folks needing to do it day-of, and come prepared with the file pre-downloaded to a USB stick so folks don't have to all try and download it on the same internet connection simultaneously.
