Implement Manage Breakpoint and Saved Workspace

Currently, Manage Breakpoint and Saved Workspace features have not been implemented

Manage Breakpoint would simply create a new dialog, listing the currently established breakpoints. Users should have the option to remove breakpoints from this menu.

Saved Workspace functionality is easier - just need to implement it to display object information in the same way as the filter bar would upon clicking an object instance.

Some Manage Breakpoint functionality has been added but not the removal of breakpoints yet from the interface.
