People don't leave because a product is bad. They leave because they hit a wall alone and quietly stop trying, and that never shows up as churn, just as growth that's flatter than it should be. It hits hardest exactly where the stakes are highest: an enterprise evaluator on a time-boxed POC treats one unresolved wall as a reason to walk away, not a puzzle to solve.

Idea: an inbuilt chat system for anyone stuck on how pipeline building works, right inside RocketRide (local + cloud), so people don't have to break flow to dig through docs and then find their way back to what they were building. A guide that shows up right at that moment, grounded in real docs, and honest about what it doesn't know, turns that wall into a five-minute detour instead of a lost deal.

This is separate from RocketRide Studio. Think of it more like RocketRalph, but scoped to local and cloud pipeline building.
