We should be able to set rpath to include both Homebrew's default library path /usr/local/lib and MacPorts' /opt/local/lib

This change would probably need to be done here and here. The recommended approach seems to be to set the rpath with RUSTFLAGS.

This should fix the problems encountered in #6063
