I am so sorry to bother you again. When I use ARA to analyze and draw a graph, the contrast result and observed/expected result do not match each other. As shown in the figure below, it seems to me that the signal of Ctrl is stronger than that of Mutant, but the contrast result shows that it is weakened. I don't know if I understand it wrongly or if the contrast result is the opposite.
