Force virtual desktop do not wrap instrument user interface

Feature description

In wine, there is an option to run every wine application inside a virtual desktop window—winecfg: graphics⇾Emulate virtual desktop
This can work around/fix issues with special window placement use cases.
If the option is enabled, it will not wrap the VSTI UI into the virtual desktop explorer window.

I got some issues with Roli Equator2 using menus in »mod matrix« section.—Everything else seems to work perfectly. Sadly, Roli implemented these menus in spawning 5 windows, but this works in virtual desktop mode. It works party in X11 mode, but sometimes the menu will not respond—can not really work with it. In wine wayland driver, spawning the menus will not work because of placement issues and dark windows/not rendered—just using Hyprland with xwayland for wine works for other plugins perfect. I tested different wine versions.

Thanks for the support and this fantastic project!—Maybe someone has an idea, or we can make a real improvement.
