Links for the reads etc in report don't work on Windows

Hello!

Just a note that links generated by the report for "reads" and "kraken_report" on windows machines contain the "wsl" /mnt/c path so don't work in the report. The "assemblies" link does work though.

For the ones that don't work:

file:///C:/mnt/c/Users/ARTIC/epi2melabs/instances/wf-metagenomics_01HB7EKYD5DA7SEKGB2X7M7X19/output/kraken/barcode01.kreport.txt

Should be:

file:///C:/Users/ARTIC/epi2melabs/instances/wf-metagenomics_01HB7EKYD5DA7SEKGB2X7M7X19/output/kraken/barcode01.kreport.txt
