Not able to see preferences for the plugin

Hi,
Recently installed this plugin by following the steps in the installation guide (pdf). But I am not able to see other menus like preferences, payments etc for the plugin. I am only seeing first two steps of installation and a Menu Item on the page.

On clicking this, it is going again back to installation steps

how to open preference for the plugin?

Completed below setup multiple tiomes stil lsame. Restarted the system too.

When clicked NEXT here, it redirects to overview page.

Setup :

1. Admidio version - 4.3.10
2. XAMPP - v3.3

You won't find the plugin preferences under ADMINISTRATION. The plugin has its own menu bar. In this menu bar there is a tab called "Preferences". However, it looks like the installation hasn't been completed. When you click on the menu item "Membership fee" an image similar to this should appear:
