Evaluate usage with LightningPose outputs and training data

ndx-pose has been tested with outputs of DeepLabCut and SLEAP. LightningPose is a newer tool used by some groups. We should evaluate how well ndx-pose can be used to store the output pose estimates from LightningPose, as well as the training data.

I believe NeuroConv supports converting LightningPose data to NWB using ndx-pose:
