Configuration persistence in GIT for FilesystemConfigurationProvider

FilesystemConfigurationProvider

FilesystemConfigurationProvider should be able to optionally push it's changes to a git repository and fetch on a webhook call.
That would be a fully gitops way without having Kubernetes.

KubernetesConfigurationProvider

It should also get a possibility to persist changes to GIT in a gitops way.
