Support System.ComponentModel.DescriptionAttribute("") on enum values

I have a project with that definition:

    public enum SideKey
    {
        [Description("")]
        notselected,
        Left,
        Right
    }

The generated mapping uses nameof() on each enum value (see below).
Instead, if a Description is provided, it should map to the string in the DescriptionAttribute.

Would that make sense ?

Current generated mapping:

    private static partial SideKey MapToSideKey(string source);
   ...

    private static partial SideKey MapToSideKey(string source)
    {
        return source switch
        {
            {} s when s.Equals(nameof(global::Data.Models.SideKey.notselected), System.StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase) => global::Data.Models.SideKey.notselected,
            {} s when s.Equals(nameof(global::Data.Models.SideKey.Left), System.StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase) => global::Data.Models.SideKey.Left,
            {} s when s.Equals(nameof(global::Data.Models.SideKey.Right), System.StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase) => global::Data.Models.SideKey.Right,
            _ => System.Enum.Parse<global::Data.Models.SideKey>(source, true),
        };
    }
