Thank you for requesting this, and apologies for the delayed response. I’ve been seriously considering a complete refactor of this extension to make it cross-browser compatible (Chromium + Firefox). However, the last three months of the year are always extremely busy for me. I’ll have more time to revisit this in a few weeks.

Note: As of November 2024, Firefox holds only a 6.45% share of the worldwide desktop browser market. More info: https://gs.statcounter.com/browser-market-share/desktop/worldwide.

As much as I love Firefox (I’ve been using it since its launch), the user base is literally one-tenth the size of Chrome or other Chromium-based browsers. On a broader note, the recent and current state of Mozilla Corporation, as well as its future direction, adds to the complexity.

TL;DR: I’ll consider it, but it’ll be at least a few weeks before I can start giving it proper attention. 🍻

Thank you for the update! I appreciate you considering a cross-browser solution, even with Firefox’s smaller market share.
