I was wondering if you have considered the possibility of allowing multiple genes to be plotted in the the plotFeature function?
Possibly wrap the genes with their replicates in a ribbon (to indicate their variation) and in a different color per gene that the user could specify so that it is easy to tell the difference between different genes on the plot?
