Describe the bug

I am facing an issue while switching chains in a Telegram mini app using the Reown wallet. I am unable to get the chain ID if the chain is switched on MetaMask after connecting with my app. As a result, transactions are failing because the chain has changed. Is there any solution?

I have tried using metamask sdk too , same issue persist.
