Dutch Auction Now Working As It Should Be #525
Description
I have been looking at WeBid last few days. I found out that Dutch auction just not working the way it should be. According to dutch auction bidder can bid lower price than asking price. But here in WeBid it's not working. Bidder can not bid lower price.
