Is there a way to change to this repository without removing all victron entities?
I end up with two integrations with the same name looking at the same directories.

Hi @trooster . Yes there is. I just updated the readme with a migration guide. In short: remove the old hacs integration and add this one. The exciting entities and devices should just continue to work after the reboot but it then uses the new code.

You dont have to add a new Victron integration on the Devices & Service page in HA
