Resources page has 3 broken links on Regen.network

Describe the bug
Top 3 links (Guides, Library, Credits) on the Resources page don't work (404)

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://www.regen.network/resources)

2. Click on any of the top 3 card buttons

3. See error --> 404 not found

Expected behavior
Links you to the correct resources.
