Server crash when connecting a pipe with extractor attachment to Create Mod Portable Storage

Describe the bug

When connecting a pipe it acts as expected, as soon as I place the extractor attachment on a pipe which is attached to a create mod portable storage block (on the stationary non moving side of the contraption) a server crash is caused. I have attached the crash report for you to consider.

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

1. place create mod portable storage block.
2. Place pipe
3. Place extractor attachment on pipe
4. SERVER CRASHED!

What Minecraft version is this happening on?

Minecraft 1.16.5
