Disable Unsupported S3 Operations in UI

Disable UI operations not supported by the S3 backend, such as renaming objects.

Acceptance Criteria

• Detect backend type (S3 vs native)
• Disable unsupported buttons/actions dynamically
• Display tooltip or info message explaining unsupported action
• No API call triggered for restricted operations
