How to build manually (v23.3.x)?

Hi, I want build manually in docker container, but it failed.
I run these command lines:

cd redpanda
docker run \
  --rm -ti --privileged \
  --name redpanda-dev \
  --ipc=host \
  -v $PWD:$PWD:Z \
  -w $PWD fedora:38 /bin/bash

In container(redpanda-dev):

sudo ./install-dependencies.sh
cmake --preset debug

Hi @intfish123 I attempted to spin up a GitHub codespace via codespaces.new and then run the commands you listed here and they succeeded for us. The install-dependencies.sh script installs lz4 that this says is missing. Can you check the installed packages via dnf list installed and see if lz4 is there?
