Server settings don't update #543

Describe the bug
The settings on this page do not get updated (written to the config.json) unless the Autologin item is checked. Once the Autologin item is checked, there is no way to uncheck it.
To Reproduce
Go to the server settings page and try checking and unchecking the boxes. Then click "Update" and reload the page. The state you set will be lost unless the Autologin item was checked when you clicked the "Update" button.
Expected behavior
The settings for each checkbox should be updated and saved independently for both the checked and unchecked states.
