- ch1：不支持应用程序
- ch2-ch3：应用程序二进制静态链接到内核二进制，且需要定制链接脚本以指定应用程序位置
- ch4-ch5：应用程序二进制静态链接到内核二进制，但不需要定制链接脚本
- ch6-ch7：通过文件系统加载应用程序
