The installation instructions don't work

I've put gem

'refinerycms-memberships', '2.0'

in my Gemfile and when I do 'bundle install' I get

"Could not find gem 'refinerycms-memberships (= 2.0) ruby' in the gems available on this machine."

It fails on the first line of the installation instructions :-(

I'd landed on the wrong branch, which had wrong installation instructions. I'm now on the master branch which gets me a little bit further. It installs !

But it still doesn't work. There're no instructions for adding members, looks like the super user can't add members, the members have to sign up themselves, and when they do via members/new (no instructions there about that, I had to check the routes to find that out), I got straight into an error in the mailer.

What are the extra steps I have to do, that aren't in the instructions, to get this working?
