I think the initialization script should also clean up the baseURL override on the Github Pages workflow:

hugo-theme-bootstrap-skeleton/.github/workflows/gh-pages.yml

@Rubonnek Yep, but still thinking which language should be used to write this script. Go may be a good choice, since this theme requires Go to be installed(Hugo Module).
