Choose a domain name for the Ratify website

We had an issue #692 to set up the Ratify website development. Now the first phase of website development is almost completed and there is just some remaining content that needs to be polished.

Ratify team registered two domains (ratify.dev and ratify.sh) but we can only use one domain for production. Before we launch the new website, we need to choose which domain we want to use. Let's vote for an appropriate domain for the Ratify website.
