Need to embed an email form in our site.

http://forms.brace.io/ looks good
https://sendgrid.com/blog/send-email-static-websites-using-parse/ could work, too
https://support.google.com/docs/answer/87809?hl=en google doc form also looks nice
http://blog.podio.com/2012/08/07/styleyourwebform/ could work
http://www.tectite.com/ is possible
http://allforms.mailjol.net/ looks nice. unlimited.
http://www.typeform.com/ is possible

Most of these would only send to one email address. Need a delaze gmail account

I have the hit us up button forwarding to [email protected] which forwards to my gmail. It's really adhoc and we should change it.
