Describe the solution you'd like:
The recently added code, specifically around Cloud Provider configuration handling is missing a lot of logging.

Why do you want this feature:
Troubleshooting for final users needs a lot more logging at different levels (INFO and DEBUG).

Anything else you would like to add:
Nothing
