Plugin Devkit

Could operate in itself as a plugin, should provide the following options:

• Mount murkmod folder on ~/user/Downloads
• Umount murkmod folder from ~/user/Downloads
• Create new plugin from template
• Sideload plugin

Will be superseded by the Plugin Builder in the helper extension.
